Business - Calling Features
Caller ID, Anonymous Call Rejection, Call Waiting –our convenient Calling Features lets your phone do more for you.

  • 3-Way Calling
    Three-Way calling allows you to make another call, while holding a previously established connection. You can add another party to your conversation making it a conference call.

  • Anonymous Call Rejection
    Anonymous Call Rejection lets you program your phone to reject all callers that have blocked the delivery of the calling number. If a caller does not want you to know they are calling, your phone will not accept the call.

  • Call Block
    Call Block lets you to create a list of phone numbers from which you do not wish to receive calls. Calls from a phone number on your list are sent to a recorded announcement that informs the caller that you are not receiving calls at this time.

  • Call Forward Busy
    If the number on your "Call Forwarding" list is busy, the call will automatically be placed to the next number on your call forwarding list.

  • Call Forwarding Fixed
    The number you wish to forward your calls to is permanently programmed. With Any Number Call Forwarding, you can choose a number each time you activate call forwarding.

  • Call Forwarding Variable
    You will never have to sit home and wait for another call again. Calls made to your number are forwarded to an alternate number when you plan to be away for an extended period of time, or if you do not want to receive any calls. When Call Forwarding is in effect, your telephone will ring once each time your number is dialed, but you will not be able to answer.

  • Call Return
    Call Return lets you to dial a code to automatically call the last party who called you.

  • Call Selector
    Your phone will ring with a normal ringing pattern for all other calls. If you also have Call Waiting, you will hear a distinctive “Call Waiting” tone if someone on your list calls you while you are on the phone.

  • Call Waiting
    You can put one call on hold and answer another. You will be notified of incoming calls by a burst of a dial tone or Call Waiting tone. You can place the original call on hold and answer the incoming call and then reconnect to the original call. If you hear the Call Waiting tone and you want to end the original call, simply hang up. The waiting call will ring your line.

  • Call Waiting Deluxe (must have Caller ID)
    A special tone alerts you of another incoming call. The caller's telephone number and/or name will be displayed on your Caller ID unit. (customer supplies the equipment.) Call Waiting Deluxe identifies an incoming call when you are already using your telephone. You can put one call on hold and answer the new call. You will be notified of incoming calls by a burst of a dial tone or Call Waiting tone. If you hear the Call Waiting tone and you want to end the original call, simply hang up. The waiting call will ring your line.

  • Caller ID-Basic (number)
    See the number of anyone who is calling you before you answer the phone. A Caller ID machine (customer supplies the equipment) is needed to let you to see the calling number.

  • Caller ID-Deluxe (name and number)
    Caller ID Deluxe lets you see the calling party’s name and phone number before answering a call. A Caller ID machine (customer supplies the equipment) is needed to let you to see the party's name and calling number.

  • Message Waiting Indicator
    With Voice Mail calling feature a stuttered dial tone indicates you have Voice Mail messages.

  • Preferred Call Forwarding
    The number you wish to forward your calls to is permanently programmed. With Any Number call Forwarding, you can choose a number each time you activate call forwarding.

  • Repeat Dialing
    With Repeat Dialing, you dial a code and your phone continuously attempts to redial a busy number. When the line is free, you will be alerted with a special ringing, and the call will be made automatically. You can also use Repeat Dialing to redial the last number called.

  • Speed Calling (30-numbers)
    Speed Dialing lets you reach frequently called numbers by dialing only two digits.

  • Speed Calling (8-number)
    Speed Dialing lets you reach frequently called local numbers by dialing only one digit.

  • Tel-A-Wake
    Tel-A-Wake turns your telephone into an alarm clock. Tel-A-Wake gives you a wake up call that doesn’t fail even in power outages.You must reset Tel-A-Wake each night. This feature is only available in parts of Southeast Texas and Elizabeth, Pitkin and Sugartown, Louisiana.

  • Voice Mail
    When you are away from your phone, Voice Mail will take messages. Every call gets answered 24 & 7. You can retrieve your messages from any phone anywhere. There is no equipment to buy or install.

  • Warm Line
    A Warm Line, like a Hot Line, allows you to automatically call a preassigned number each time you pick up the your phone. However, the Warm Line delays the automatic call five seconds to allow you to call another number if you wish.
